Well I pulled the passenger side axle out yesterday morning and found one of the bearings on the inner tripod had come apart. I got a good used one plus the boot from local indy and after getting it all back together things are much better. In fact the vibration I used to have under hard acceleration is 98% gone. The alignment is still off though. I did some correction on my own by pulling the tie rod off again on the passenger side and adjusting it out so the right wheel would point more straight, now the steering wheel is turned 15-20 degrees left for straight instead of 45 degrees. I have to take it in for alignment and get this straightened out. It is nice to have it back though and a little better than it was.
I was pleasantly surprised at how easy doing the inner bearings is as this was something I hadn't messed with before and was a little hesitant to do. The hardest part was getting the axle back in since the strut was pushing down things and making it difficult line it up. Now I'm ready to do the driver's side when it comes time.

P.S. (if anyone could tell me how to post pictures here I can put up pics of the pieces)
