A tire shop will ALWAYS, ALWAYS overtorque your wheels to a million foot pounds (I broke a 3/4", 1/2" drive socket trying to loosen a wheel bolt with a breaker bar with 3' pipe on the end). They will ALWAYS lose the little locating pins (your winter wheels may not have the appropriate holes). They will LIKELY lay your alloy wheels down on the face and damage them. They will LIKELY drop the plastic center caps face down on the concrete and scratch them. If you have plastic center caps that need to be aligned a certain way they will ALWAYS misalign them. They will LIKELY jack your car where it doesn't want to be jacked (eg. under the middle of the rear axle) and bend something.
They will NEVER admin responsibility.
Get yourself a 1/2" drive torque wrench, a 6" extension, a 3/4" socket, a jack, a 10mm box end wrench (for the locating pins) and DIY.
Like he said, watch the tire wear to see if your alignment is off.
