Low speed fan question

93 9000T. I just installed the cooler fan switch from Sobstory. I now only have the high speed fan. When I connect the back and blue/white wire at the fan switch I get 12volts and high speed. When I connect the black and blue wire I get no low speed and no voltage. I jumped the pins in the low speed relay and get the low speed fan. All fuses look good. The car had the original Saab switch and was working fine on low speed prior to installing the new switch. Any ideas? TIA
