Oh yeah - motor mount kind. Mounts come in three flavors - in order of stiffness - Original fluid filled, solid rubber, and poly. Original fluid filled give the most isolation, but permit the most engine movement.
I'm a believer in original fluid filled. They cost more than solid rubber, but they do the best job of isolating engine vibration. Some folks go to the solid for price, or the poly for 'performance.' Minimizing engine movement does make for crisper manual shifting under hard acceleration, and can also slighly improve handing. My opinion - unless you've made other significant suspension modifications, anything other than fluid filled isn't a good idea. You will experience more harshness and vibration with solid or poly. The amount varies from engine to engine. It might be just fine, but if it isn't, you don't want to do the job again. If you've made significant suspension modifications, then you've already cast your vote in the trade-off between handling and comfort. If you've firmed up the suspension, the stiffer motor mounts are the logical next step. If you haven't made any suspension mods, then just one thing - stiffer mounts - isn't going to help much.
