Electrical oddities... any thoughts?

Hi all, I recently was 'blessed' by being given a 86 9000 with 170k miles. The engine runs very well, but there are some electrical oddities I am not sure what to make of. In no particular order:

if the lights are on, the turbo doesnt boost- turn lights off, boosts very well.

with lights on and the car off, hitting the brakes will turn on the lights and the radio

the drivers side window goes down only- switching the wires for the window in the door should make it go up when the switch is pressed?? yes or no?

oh, this isnt electrical, but there is a large vibration that happens in cycles when the engine is under load (motor mounts). I know its not wheel balance since going downhill at the same speed (no engine load) has no vibrations.

Anyway, sorry to ramble, but I am really looking for thoughts on where to begin with the electrical things-- its a strange set of behaviors, and I am wondering if multiple gremlins are involved or can there be a common cause? thanks
