You have to describe "fluttering"
It may be that the ECU is trying to adapt.
When it is adapting, it will allow large
boost swings until it learns it's motor.
If this is the case it will settle-down in
time.
In an auto, the Aero ECU will not allow Aero-like
power. It will make around 200 Hp.
