It looks like absolute crap. Over time, the paint peels little by little. Then you can see not only spots of peeled paint, but also the slightly different shade of black under it. I notice it because I'm OCD about that stuff, but many wouldn't even see it. I think you would tho. Try Mothers Back to Black before you repaint. If that doesn't work, you got nothing to lose anyways.
