If you are planning on using higher wattage bulbs, then you will probably want to take a tap off the small distribution block that is on the side of the battery case. Run a #8 or #4 gauge wire from the block to a 40 amp fuse (sometimes called a fusable link at the parts store). From the fuse, run a wire to your relay then out to the lamps. The E-codes lights use a H-4 bulb that has two filaments, high and low beams, just like the 9004 bulbs you are replacing. (Note that the sockets are different.) Since there are two filaments, you will need two relays, one for high beams and one for low beams.
The only other thing to remember is that the ground connection for the factory fog light relay is connected to ground through the high beam filament. This is what turns off the fog lights when the high beams are on. When you remove the original headlights the ground disappears, so will have to find the relay ground circuit and move it to the new lights.
That said, you might want to consider using the stock H-4 wattage (65/55) lamps. The improvement is so dramatic that higher wattage is overkill. The advantage of using the standard wattage is you can use the original wiring and you don't dazzle oncoming drivers. Other people have remarked that when they used 100/80 watt bulbs, they had to adjust the pattern way down low because oncoming drivers were always flashing their lights even when the low beams were used.
Also, the higher watt lights have a shorter life span.
