Replacement Tensioner Problems

I decided to buy a new tensioner to replace my failed one. Everything went fine until I stripped the threads on the bracket that holds the top bolt. The bracket looks like it can be replaced with 2 bolts. It has a Saab part # 40-27-686. I guess I'm going to have to try to order from the dealer along with a new top bolt. In the meantine, I put eveything together with a liberal application of blue loctite. Since this bolt obviously has a lot of downward force on ot from the tensioner, is it possible that the loctite will form a sufficient bond for a while? Does anyone have a spare bracket?
