I actually have a 9-5 hub, but there are many obstacles.
The whole bearing arrangement is different on a 9-5. Unlike a 9000 the hub and the bearing are seperate pieces.
It looks like it might be possible to swap the 9-5 struts, brakes and all into a 9000 and make the 9-5 hub work. The wheel offsets will be off, but even worse the splines from the 9000 CV joint are nowhere close to fitting in the 9-5 hub.
Even if all that gets sorted out the rear bearings are a whole 'nother story and the brakes will have to be changed too, at least the rotors.
I might tackle this anyway one day, but it is going to be a lot of work for 5 bolt wheels.
Adapters are available that convert the 4 bolt hubs to 5 bolts. Personally I wouldn't suggest this, but there are guys on this board that have them and presumably the wheels stay on....
