A/C High Pressure Hose Leak

93 9000T / Seiko compressor. I keep having to add 134a to keep cool. The leak is at the hose crimp on the compressor side. I wish I could just buy a new hose, but have already dealt with the seized hose connection at the condenser. Since the condenser and hoses all appear original, I would probably have to replace both hoses on the condensor AND the condensor just to fix the leak at the high side hose crimp. The leak must be bad because I can't get over 150 psi on the high side with my gauge today when it was about 90 degrees. Vent temp was only 68 degrees F. In any event, I have a high side hose which was cut off a used Seiko compressor near the condensor. Is their any way I can cut my hose, leaving the condensor connected and join the hose without the leak at the crimp? I was thinking some hose clamps and a plastic hose joint. Of couse I would discharge and recharge as required.
TIA
