HELP! - Blowing fuse #16 (c entral locks)

Fuse 16 - a 15 amp fuse for the central locks, backup lights, and courtesy light keeps blowing.
I replaced this fuse about 3 weeks ago, and everything was fine.
Yesterday, it blew again. I replaced it thinking I would be good fro another few weeks, but as soon as I tried to use the remote to lock the doors, it fried again.
Replaced again, and left the doors alone. This morning, I get in the car, close the drivers door, and hear the fuse popping again! Doors never locked or unlocked! What does closing the drivers door activate?
Any idea's on how to diagnose and correct?
