Dan - If your issue is slight hesitation with part throttle I would think the cause has something to do with fuel/air mixture and spark since you have a new BPC. If something is impeding your fuel delivery (tired fuel pump, old filter, clogged injectors) the ECU could be reading a lean condition and back off the boost or timing to protect the engine. At full throttle maybe the fuel flow is sufficient to not lean out the mixture. This is only a possibility though. I've messed around with .9 and 1.0 plug gaps and can tell there is a difference in boost "smoothness". My car seems to like 1.0 better. Plugs are cheap and you might try a set with 1.0 gap.

Also, I think hot humid weather can play a part in this. If you have the same issues in both hot/humid and cooler/dry air that might be the cause.

I'm no expert at these things, but just trying to pass along my experiences.
