Conclusion of the serpentine saga

Well here's the story from my indy. It's official (and Ari takes the prize), the idler pulley seized and took out the serpentine belt. My indy replaced the the idler pulley, tensioner pulley, and belt. The tensioner and harmonizer balancer looked fine according to him.
Once the car was put back together and tested, he found that the main radiator hose was cooked as were the spark plugs. Also the balance shaft chain is now noisier and the timing chain apparently didn't like the heat either as it is now somewhat noisy. Still planning to have the balance shaft chain removed when my indy installs the Sachs Sports Chassi Suspension kit I have on order (hopefully will come soon from Taliferro) so that should take care of the BS chain. When my indy removes the valve cover (?) to get to the BS chain, he'll check out the timing chain.
All in all not that bad news particularly from the perspective that the head gasket looks good, but I know from reading the board that I'll have to watch this for a few months. Other than looking for oil in the coolant what should I be looking for?
Also AC runs well and cold and the water pump appears fine. Anything else to check or keep an eye on?
Thanks to everyone for their input and assistance.
