My 98 displays exactly this set of symptoms, and showed no change whatever when a new DI was installed. New plugs don't make much real difference either. Only trail I've got is that it got WORSE when I had the OT sensor replaced (although the sensor seems to work fine in all other respects.)

Joes98 and I had a dialogue awhile back on this but neither of us seemed to get anywhere with improvement.

I remember when it wasn't there--and when the gas mileage was significantly better. Anyone who can string these things into logic will get real thanks from me.
