...question for you.
I'm running those ROH 17 x 7.5 rims with the 215/45-17 Potenza RE750. Tires wearing evenly, wheels determined straight, rotating on schedule. Rear wheel bearings are new, rotors are not warped and are relatively new (Zimmerman cross-drilleds like yours). Relatively new Bilstein HDs, poly rear sway bar bushings.
Just did a rotate and high-speed balance. I have a vibration that CONTINUES to occur starting around 75 - 80 mph, ONLY in the rear. Even if I rotate the rears to the front (no vibration up front), the vibration is only in back. Sorta an up-and-down vibration.
Have you had any similar problems? I don't know where to turn from here. The SAAB dealer suggested replacing the rear suspension's control arm bushings, but my very competent tire shop doesn't think that would be the cause of the problem.
Whaddya think? Where else can I check and tweak?
Thanks, as always!
