I think I got them from suvlights.com.
Installation was really easy - swap out existing bulbs for the HID ones. Take out parking/signal light enclosures and you should be able to find space to position the ballasts behind them. Secure the ballast with cable ties, I used 2 or 3 on each and further restricted their movement by sticking foam tapes at strategic spots. There will be space for the wires from the ballast to pass through to the headlight enclosures.
As I didn't fancy the stately 9000 looking like a boy racer car, I opted for a less blue color temperature (would have preferred 4100K but unfortuantely, the seller didn't have those in stock, so I settled for 4600k).
Note that depending on the ballast, you might have to add a wire harness to lessen the load on the stock wiring harness. My OSRAM ballast needed a 30A fuse, which is the same as the stock fuse. So I didn't use the harness. Let's hope the headlight relays survives long term usage.
