When I was still in school (graduated in May) the change in boost was realllly noticeable when driving home after school. In the morning when it was nice and cool, I would boost into the red (auto trans, too!) and the power felt awesome. Driving home in the afternoon (this was around the time it was starting to get hot and humid in MA), the car would feel almost sluggish compared to the morning. So yea, temp and humidity do affect boost. Sorry I don't have a calibrated gauge to figure out HOW much it affects it.
