as the saying goes,"with enough time and money, anything is possible".
unfortunately, there are multiple obstacles to overcome:
(1) your trans does not mate with a 95 engine. the engine was redesigned in 94.
(2) your engine ecu would need to be replaced.
(3) your engine wiring harness would need to be replaced and the chassis harness extensively modified.
(4) you will need a new downpipe/catalytic converter.
(5) cruise control systems are completely different between the 93 and 95.
(6) the intake plumbing from the air filter to the intercooler (which you don't have on a normally aspirated 93) to the intake manifold would need to be obtained.
(7) the drive axles would need to be replaced.
(8) the intermediate shaft and bearing holder would need to be replaced.
(9) the instrument cluster would need to be replaced with one from a 95 or later 9000.
(10)the fuel line routing in the engine compartment would need to be reworked.

in short, this is a massively difficult undertaking for someone who is intimately familiar with these vehicles and is prepared to do all the work themselves. i'm contemplating this swap myself only because working on our family's saabs is a hobby. needless to say, if your are not mechanically up to the challenge, paying a dealer (or anyone) to do such a swap is totally out of the question.
as was suggested in the previous post, do yourself a favor, sell the 93 and buy a 94 or later turbo. take it from someone who owns a 95 cse turbo,
you'll be happy you did.
