Ride Hight and Nokian NRW Tires

I have a 93 cse turbo auto. Everyone knows these cars were equipped with 15 inchers and tall sidewall tires 205-60-15. It has a good ride could be stiffer but decent. I switched my aeros with 205-50-16 from my 91 9kt. I can place my head into the fender gap. It looks retarded. I was thinking of putting 205-55-16 on it but It's not equipped with an aero suspension. However I do have Nokian nrw 60 series tires on the ugly swirler bootleg spg rims. Are these good for all season use or strictly snow use. I really don't feel like spending the bucks on newer 55 series tires. Also I don't understand what .038 of inch from the aero suspension can really make as far as lowering and improving the handling. It doesn't seem like a big difference. I can use my 91 9kt sport suspension which is the same as the aero's but I don't have the sway bar. 1mm difference. Were the cs models suspension geometry different from the old 9000. You couldn't fit a 60 series tire unless the track was 195 like a 900. I need some direction HELP!
