Power steering shaft seal is leaking bad

I'm having trouble with my power steering on my 96 9000 Aero 5 speed with 125k miles. I went out to the garage today and ALL the powersteering fluid had leaked on the floor. I checked all the clamps and hoses and they are OK. I poured some more fluid in and it is leaking around the shaft behind the pulley. I bought some stop leak power steering fluid and it stopped the leak untill I drove the car for a few miles...when I returned home and turned off the car it started leaking bad again. :o( It leaks out all the fluid really fast. I guess once it heats up the seal goes bad again. Any idea's on this problem? Can I install a new shaft seal? rebuid kit? Will I need a puller to get the pulley off? Will I have to buy a new one? Can I get a rebuilt one? used? One from a salvage yard? If so do you have a name, phone #, web site of a salvage yard?
