Car has 77,000 miles. I initially (at 75K) replaced front lower control arms with poly from Abbott and at same time replaced dampers with Konis. I have had a clunk ever since. Since Konis did not reduce roll, installed H & R springs. I am happy with the setup. However dealer did not have experience with cutting struts, and in hopes of getting out clunk I went to indie. He did have experience and had to redo dealer Koni installation and replace one new damper - it was siezed. Also, in effort to get clunk out, dealer had wrapped damper in electrical tape? Clunk remained. Just replaced right strut -still have clunk?????
