I have removed the timing cover and will order the necessary parts in the morning. Funny thing is everything looks OK on a visual check although I have not removed the chain yet. It seems as if the tensioner is not functioning correctly because the chain is loose, but all the sprockets and guides looks good. The car is a 54K mile 93 CSE turbo and I have read that there are problems with the sprockets in that year. If all the sprockets look good, should I bother to replace any of them?
Thanks
Jody
