ok I have an 88 9000T with 177K miles on it. straighp pipe exhaust, cold air intake, MSD blaster coil and bosch platnium plugs. I only run 91 octain, highest we got around here and valvoline max life oil. it has minamul oil leaks, what is to be expected. Any who when i am on the interstate doint 75-80 it smokes out da back something fierce and i can smell da oil burning. that is the only time it does it. not in town, not at an idle or anything just on the highway. it burns about a quart every two to three days.
I drive the interstate a to and from work every day. Any suggestions what is causing it and hot to stop it. thanx.
