Front vibration figured out

Earlier this week I posted a problem after I had a new trans pump put on my 91 CD with automatic. The trans had to be dropped.
After I got the car back it ran smooth on acceleration but had a vibration on deceleration.Did all the normal checking and found nothing.
Today I got a very bad shake when I got off the gas at 75.
Got it down to a stop and started out and it seemed all right , just when I got home and turned into the driveway there was a thud then power steering fluid was all over the ground .
Checked it out and the bracket (part 7599350)that holds the rear motor mount , right inner CV , and tube from the trans was sheared off right
where it is connected to the CV and cut the power steering line. Has anyone ever had this happen ?
The car has 132000 miles on it and it ran great till this happened.
I would like to know what caused it before I fix it so it does not happen again. Rear motor mount looks good and tested good. Could the garage have put stress on this when taking out or putting the trans in ?
