I looked at my 1994 9000CS Turbo (can't imagine that it's wiring different from a 1994 Aero) and found that the connector with the yellow and yellow/white wires (on your second/third fingers) is NOT connected to anything - perhaps it's a test connector. I can't see the details of the other two connectors, but if they both have a black and a yellow wire coming out of them, they are connected together on my car - one comes from the wire harness, the other goes to the inside of the left fender - don't know what it's for.

Good luck sorting out your fan issue, do a search. Lu has written up some good procedures for testing the low and high speed relays.
