Well its all kind of relative. There's no set standard in the Saab manual about what's "abuse" and what's "not." Its common sense not to redline every shift, take turns at 80 mph and slam on the brakes at the last second. That kind of driving is way to aggresive.
On the other hand, don't drive it like an old lady either. There's no harm in an occasional redline shift and its good (and fun) to get the revs up around town. Highway driving is even better for it, especially the fast kind (watch for cops!!)
So I guess what I'm saying is you gotta know when to draw the line, but these cars were built for performance and they...umm..like to perform.
