To reset your avg fuel consumption
and distance to empty press and hold
the R button for at least 4 seconds.
This will rest them to 0. I don't know how long
it'll take for it to give new values though.
I've never done it - it's just what my
manual says.
It is also supposed to automatically reset
after 353 gals or 6508 miles.
BTW - hows the adaptation problem coming along?
