Earlier today I posted that my car was hesitating under load on my drive into work this morning. When I went to leave work, it wouldn't start at all. Before giving up and calling a tow truck, I pulled a plug and tested for spark. Had spark so I tested that I had fuel pressure by loosening the top banjo-bolt at the fuel filter and cranking. Definately had fuel pressure (at the filter at least) becuase she made a nice stream of gasoline. AAA towed me home and Now I'm noticing a massive fuel leak on the ground coming from under the engine after somebody cranks it for a few seconds. From under the car gasoline can be seen pouring off the exhaust flex section onto the ground. I cant figure out where it's coming from. The filter to the rail look dry and it seems like the rail returns back to the firwall. A saab tech on the phone told me that rarely the fuel pressure regulator can croak but it the problem seems to be past this.
Anybody ever see this?
