Umm no it has 10 speakers, not 4. There's 4 speaker covers, but they hide 10 speakers. Can't dispute that.

I don't get what they mean by side panel. There's the tweeters and midrange ones in the dash, and 6X9s and whatever else (depends Clarion or HK) in the back. Don't get what they call the side panel. IMHO by the way, the 8 speaker Clarion system sounds better than the 10 speaker HK one. The HK one is very heavy on the bass.
