wiper/washer questions (long)

My main wipers work fine, as does the rear wiper. The right headlight wiper works fine. The left one sticks sometimes, but if I give it a little push, it does the regular 3 (or whatever) wipes before stopping. It doesn't seem to be stuck on anything, so any idea why it does that?
The washer system doesn't work right. I have plenty of fluid in the tank, but just a little squirt comes out on the right side, and none out the left side. A little comes out of the headlight washers too. I cleaned all the nozzles to no effect. When searching the board people were saying to check the T connector right before the nozzles (just under the hood), so I did. The fluid goes into the bar of the T connector, and then the stem goes to the left nozzle and the other end of the bar goes to the right nozzle. I disconnected the output hoses from the T, and fluid comes out of the bar but not out of the stem of the T. I tried hooking the T up in every other configuration, but to no avail. When I switched the order of the in-bar and out-bar, it made no difference, and when I connected it so the fluid went in the stem, nothing came out at all. It seems like more liquid should come out, and obviously it should come out both out-hoses, not just one. Any idea what's going on?
I thought there was a rear washer too, but after all this testing the rear window was totally dry, and when I looked I couldn't even find a sprayer nozzle. Is there a rear-washer, and if so where is the sprayer nozzle?
Thanks.
Nick
