If you are getting antifreeze into the combustion chamber, you should be able to pull the plugs and see that they are wet. They will have small drops of Antifreeze on them. It will also help to indicate which cylinder, if any, is the culprit. If the leak is bad, you will see foamy bubbles on the dip stick when you check it.
