Slow power windows as compared to another window in the car?If so,have seen many cases where the verticle window support track, that quides the window glass up and down, has broken the bottom spot welds to the bracket it attaches to at the bottom, that attaches it to the door frame. If the window appears to shift in place as it moves upward and does it now have wind noise, this is the problem. The solution is to remove the inner door panel and reweld the verticle to the bottom attachment point.Very easy to do if you have access to a welder. You can do it in place, don't have to remove the regulator assembly from the door. The way the spot welds break it's very easy to reposition the piece and clamp it to do the reweld. In most cases the front window guide needs to be pulled back towards the rear edge of the door because the guide has been bent forward when the window verticle support breaks allowing the window to travel up and down assque in the guide.
