clutch hose let go?

On my new (to me) '95 9000CSE 5speed, 75K, everything fine, dealer said clutch master cylinder had just been replaced, this morning backed out of the garage just fine, but engine killed like I didn't have the clutch in...but clutch was all the way to floor and stayed there.
Open hood, see signs of brake fluid sprayed around trans, puddle of fluid underneath.
Call dealer...he said he thinks the hose let go...search on this BB indicates some trouble with these hoses on '95s.
Do above sympthons also indicate burst/broken hose?
Thanks,
