I usually charge 3 hours to replace exhaust manifold studs and gasket.

That includes drilling out broken ones.
It is extremely rare that I run into a stud that gives me problem when drilling and extracting, I have done it so many times now that I have it down to a science.

It comes up to about $250.00 parts and labor
