Power seats relay question

Passenger power seat works when I tap one of the relays at the front underside of the seat. One of them responds to the tap - it has the following info on it:
On the top - a circuit diagram and the number 30 85 86 87
On the side - SAAB 85 22 310, then 22 200 031; 12V; Made in Germany; >PA6. 6-GF30<
It has 4 pins lablled 30; 85; 86 and 87

I have a spare relay which is an identical size and has identical pins and pin labels and a very similar circuit diagram on it with the same numbers as above. It has the following info on it:
Hella Saab 4RA003510-06 85 22 310
12V

I have never had power seats before and the "Hella" lable makes me think it came from a lighting circuit from one of my previous stripped 9Ks

Two questions- Are they interchangeable? Can I do damage by trying it?
