where I asked if the AC waw
used to dry the air on Saabs
as it is many other makes of cars.

I think I have spotted my problem.
1) My windows need cleaning, and
2) we have had wet snow, high humidity,
which means even though I try to kee the snow
our of the air intake (under the wipers) some melting is adding to my
problem.

I left my windows partway down for a couple of nights
of cold and low humidity and that helped.
