I think these two cents are pretty justified in saying that the arrangement shown in the pictures is neither particularly well thought out nor well executed. You can get away using some sort of improvised shim in a space provided by a smaller bolt on a riding lawn mower, but not on a car. Especially a SAAB. There are camber adjustment bolt kits out there specifically for the 9000 (http://www.genuinesaab.com) for about $32 - use these. BTW, John's comment about the camber change is on the mark.
