Tarheel, I looked at your post, can you post the website that you got your info from (if thats allowed) also, can you remember what size the wrench was to take off the cable? What tools did you need?

When it was at the Indie shop having the small vaccum hoses replaced (probably saving me $200) I asked him to point out where the cable sits on the tranny. I should be able to remember where it was, just it will suck laying on my back to do it. Getting back my cruise will be nice!!

How or who can I take it to, to have the vaccum tested for the hooter valve? I dont think the speedo fix will help my skipping problems. I still dont understand why my gas mileage is so low. It skips (the turbo) very hard under very aggressive rpms and accleration.
