Some time back you reported that you found a badly rusted upper shock support. My son thought that one of the shocks on his 1994 CSE broke but upon inspection it had broken through the rusted support. Odd because there is no sign of rust anywhere else. Did you ever find a fix? The last I heard he was thinking about bolting a piece of flat steel stock across the support with a hole in it for the shock.

As for the trailer hookup. We have been using a standard converter on both our CSEs for years with no problems. With a test light you can tell which wire does what and then simply splice into them or use spade lugs into the Saab connector.
