With the hood open, look directly over the front of the turn indicator. There's a torx-head screw that holds the indicator to a metal arm that needs to be loosened. The front of the indicator will swing out. The rear is held in place with to prongs that pop into two rubber grommets....should just pull right out. When refitting the new ones, put the rubber grommets in the fender, first, then press the prongs into the grommets.
