Depends on the year. If the car is early 2.3L (1993 and earlier) then the minimum is:

Timing chain
Timing chain tensioner
Top timing chain guide (in valve cover)
Balance shaft chain
Balance shaft crank gear

Unrelated but cheap while you are there are the crankshaft oil seal and the oil pump O-ring (under $20 for both).

Check the other items for wear. Next up, in order would be:

Two other timing chain guides
Balance shaft chain guides
Camshaft gears
Balance shaft tensioner
Balance shaft gears

I would probably never do the last three items unless they showed excessive wear. The parts cost runs up pretty quickly, so it is a trade off.
