I did have the 02 hookedup, and the voltage was .2 or .6 depending on the ground spot. I noticed when i first started the check that the voltage was at about .2 and would cycle but not change value that i saw.? The car will try to accelarate if you step on the gas, but it falls on its face. If i feather the gas i can get it to go up to 3-4k in rpm or higher with some coaksing. And it will hold what ever rpm that i have it at.
Does the 02 always swing voltage? Or does it have to be have cycled the cooling fan first? Mine hadnt cycled yet..
