I acquired this idea from a friend who did this to his 92' 9000. Jamming pieces of side wall from a tire into the lower, and upper if needed, motor mounts feels as if they are new. They also absorb much of the vibrations unlike my upper hard plastic motor mounts. You just have to make sure the side wall is in there pretty good, check it after a couple days and then a week later.
