Definitely the 9000. If you do preventive maintanance, either one is reliable.
If you're used to the 900, you'll find the 9000 much roomier (on the inside, but surprisingly virtually the same on the outside), much quieter, and a very nice handling car.
Andrew's usually give their used cars a more thorough going over than any dealer would. If you buy from them and do the Saab recomended service, you'll be ok.
Of the 7 Saabs I've owned (or own), only once have I been left standing at the side of the road (last year, lost hall sensor on my 87 900 CVT).
