Ed, I had some similar problems with my 93 CSE Turbo over the past year. After trying a few different items as you have, I finally swapped out the DI cassette with a known good one. Once this was done, the boost problem was fixed and the car ran excellent. I have been told by a few other people that the DI cassette controls some of the turbo functions. I had my shop test it wit a used one (Will your '93 cassette fit into your '92?) and then when this confirmed the problem, replaced it with a new one. Hope that this is helpful. Let me know if it works.
