You should do a search on key words related to your problem, you'll find more discussion than you'll know what to do with. Boost issues have a myriad of causes, and it's often the confluence of many. If you're stuck in the middle yellow zone, that's common called "base boost" (search on that). The BPC valve (black plastic three port solenoid mounted on the driver's side of your radiator) is a good place to start. Also see: http://www.quasimotors.com/bpc_valve.htm
Good luck!
