I am not sure if it's twice the size but it's bigger. I think the compressor side only is larger and the turbine side is the same. I was told it would move the full boost range up by a few hundred RPM. If i comes on full boost by 2K I will be happy. You would not beleive how easy it is to spin the compressor by hand. The ball bearing really make a difference. I also won't mind if it goes up a little since first gear is so short in the 92s as it is in your car. Sport Compact Car put the GT28R on a Focus running just 8.5 it was full boost at 3000 and that's a smaller engine getting 245 HP. The turbo is designed for 20PSI so there is a lot of potential there.
