Low side pressure tells very little. It's high side pressure that you need to know to evaluate charge.

Since you have a 1993, it would be better to charge by weight. The sight glass on the top of the receiver/drier is probably blacked out as it is useless.

If you want to measure how your system is doing, buy an ac thermometer to stick in the center vent so you can know what temperature the cooling has reached. Look for 48F on a hot day with the blower running fast and recir on.
