In the US. My guess is they stuck a badge from a 900 SE on because they didn't have a CSE or CS badge.
Is it possible the headlamp wipers were removed? Because AFAIK, they were standard. The bumpers where specially shaped to fit the wipers, with a hole under the light. AFAIK there was only one style of bumper, except for the Aero.
